Products
Amongst suppling the province’s farmers with agricultural lime, we have an innovative operation which allows our team to produce product efficiently. NCL supplies aggregate material, crushing and screening for commercial clients and residential clients, an aspect of our business that has seen growth in recent years. In 2019 our business acquired an LTM 600 bagging facility which expanded our product diversity by offering 50 lbs bags in a range of aggregate products and cold patch asphalt. Our goal in this new venture is to become known among Newfoundlanders and Labradoreans as quality suppliers of consumer and commercial aggregate. We are proud to be able to supply quality materials to local people, businesses, farmers, and municipalities.
Agricultural Lime
The soils of Newfoundland Labrador are naturally acidic and require the addition of agricultural limestone to enhance soil productivity and to improve the efficiency of fertilizers to promote plant growth. The increased efficiency of fertilizer through the application of limestone reduces the amount of fertilizers which need to be applied to the land, thereby resulting in increased production.
Our lime is excellent for stabilizing the PH level in Soil and Water.
